Contractual notices in order. Decisions you can stand behind.
CASAI Notices & Decisions gathers contractual notices, status, evidence and decisions in one traceable case workflow. All parties see the same status, the same evidence and the same history. The module is compatible with FIDIC based contracts.

When formal communication is handled in email
Scattered communication
Notices, responses and attachments live in email threads and minutes held by different people.
Unclear status
It is hard to see which cases are open, who needs to act and what is waiting for a decision.
Weak decision history
Afterwards it is difficult to reconstruct what was decided, when and on what evidence.
A clear status chain for every case
Draft
The notice is prepared with a description and supporting evidence.
Sent
The case is sent to the counterparty and becomes part of the formal communication.
Received
The counterparty acknowledges receipt, and it is clear who needs to act. Received does not mean approved.
Decided
The decision is registered with a timestamp, an accountable person and the evidence.
Closed
The case is closed and the whole chain is preserved in the project history.

See all notices and decisions in one consolidated workflow, with status, accountability and linked evidence.

How the case workflow works: from draft to closed case
Click through the steps to see what each step means, what input is used and which responses each party can give.
Step 1 of 5
Draft
The sender prepares the notice. The draft is only visible to the sender's own organisation until it is sent.
Input in this step
- Title and content
- Category and type of case
- Time and final response date
- Lines, materials and cost estimate
- Attachments
Actions and responses
- Save draft
- Edit and complete
- Send to the counterparty

Received means receipt has been confirmed, not that the counterparty agrees. Closed means the case is finished in the workflow, not automatically that the parties are legally settled.
